Helium10 has been a market leader in the space of Amazon seller tools for a few years. Helium10 specialises in providing sellers with tools that help identify keywords, optimise listings, and view product trends. Similar to KwickMetrics, Helium10 also provides a mobile app for users on the go. Helium10 has unique features in its arsenals, such as Product Research, Keyword Research, PPC Analytics and Management, and Listing Optimization. Helium10 provides many of these features in the form of Add-ons that users can pay additionally to access.

KwickMetrics and Helium10 provide Amazon sellers with a Reimbursement calculator, which may help sellers save thousands of dollars. An essential feature of Helium10 is that it has an add-on to help sellers manage their Buybox for their product. Since KwickMetrics is designed primarily for sellers who manufacture and sell their goods, a Buybox feature is not part of their toolset.

User Interface and Experience

For example, when you sign into KwickMetrics, you will see the new revamped dashboard that features a detailed Sales and Returns overview with critical information at a glance, such as the top-performing products, product trends, buyer segmentation, and more. Sellers can quickly access high-level metrics such as Orders, Units, Revenue, Returns and Estimated Net Profit over various periods and marketplaces.

The Helium10 dashboard is visually very different from KwickMetrics in colour scheme and shapes. The colours are more monotone, with shades of blue and white used throughout the design elements. Even though similar information is presented to the viewer, it is done much more compactly. Users can select the feature from the minimalist sidebar on the left side of the screen, which is in contrast to the menu bar at the top of the KwickMetrics screen.

Users may prefer one style over another, so there is no clear winner; it is up to the user's choose. However, recent user feedback has greatly commended the visual feel and attractiveness of the KwickMetrics design.
