The net profit of your product is calculated using information gathered from Amazon’s servers. You can view detailed split-ups of your cash flow using KwickMetrics. Net profit is calculated by deducting costs like Amazon fees, COGS, and promotions from the revenue of the item.
Yes. You need a Professional Seller Account with Amazon in order to be able to connect your MWS token with your KwickMetrics account.
KwickMetrics is an online web application designed for web browsers. We recommend using Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. KwickMetrics has also been built to be mobile-friendly so you can extend your KwickMetrics experience on-the-go!
Your security is a priority for us. Our web application uses SSL encryption to ensure that your data is secure. Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or by cancelling your subscription in your KwickMetrics application.
Invoices are generated by our payment gateway Stripe and are available immediately on payment and on request to support. Additionally, you can also view payment history and past invoices by navigating to Manage Billing under Billing in the KwickMetrics application.
We understand that everyone is busy and you may not have had time to track your current subscription’s limits. Your data will be saved and will still be available for 30 more days until you upgrade or a new monthly cycle begins.
